The real estate developer Alinso Group, controlled by the family of the Belgian entrepreneur Jan De Clerck, is buying the Metav industrial park in the Băneasa district of Bucharest, with a minimum price of EUR 36 million, according to market sources. The park has an area of 188,699.41 sqm, of which the built area is 75,983 sqm.
The Belgian investor already owns in Romania one of the largest industrial parks, Ploiești West Park in Ariceștii Rahtivani. About 500,000 sqm of buildings, mainly industrial, have been developed here so far, of which 275,000 sqm are owned by Alinso and the rest have been raised by the final investors in the park, such as Timken, Lufkin / General Electric, Dekomte, Coficab or Mitliv.
