Alior Bank was the first bank on the market to implement the government program “Apartment without down payment,” the bank said. Loans without own contribution will be available from 14 July.
At Alior Bank, it will be possible to take out a mortgage up to 100% of expenses, with a guarantee under the portfolio guarantee line of the Government Housing Fund, the bank said.
“The proposed solutions will be available under all available mortgage loan offers from Alior Bank,” announced Anna Miler, director of the mortgage banking department.
“The repayment of part of the loan, which is the missing own contribution, after the borrowers meet certain conditions, is guaranteed by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, with which Alior Bank has established cooperation in this area,” according to the bank.
The scope of the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego guarantee offered under the “Flat without own contribution” program is not less than 10% and not more than 20% of the expenditure to cover the loan, but not more than PLN 100,000.
The one-time commission for the guarantee is 1% of the guarantee amount and is collected by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego through Alior Bank, informs the bank.
The guarantee is granted for loans related to the financing of the acquisition of the ownership right to a dwelling or single-family house and their construction or finishing, as well as land real estate or its part. The mortgage loan covered by this guarantee may be granted until December 31, 2030. The minimum loan repayment period is 15 years, the loan currency is PLN.
As Alior Bank reminds, BGK also provides for repayment to the borrower of a part of the mortgage loan covered by the guarantee in connection with the extension of the borrower’s family by a second or subsequent child under the so-called family repayment.
Alior Bank is the first of the banks to implement the ‘Flat without own contribution’ program to its offer, prepared on the basis of the act of October 1, 2021 on guaranteed housing loans, emphasizes the bank.
