Alior Bank has selected JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital to be its consultants during its IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, according to the website parkiet.pl. Owned by Italian Carlo Tassara Group, Alior entered the Polish financial market in 2008 and has been very active since then. βThe details of the transaction, the exact number of shares, and the date of the IPO will be determined during meetings with the management and the owners of the company,β an unnamed investment banker told the website. Alior made a profit of PLN 151m last year.
