Allianz Real Estate has acquired 100 percent of the shares of the company owning Central Shopping Center in Bratislava by the end of the year 2015. The seller is a company of IMMOCAP group, a Slovak real estate development company. The €175m investment the insurer’s first real estate investment in Slovakia. The property was completed in 2012 and offers 40,000 sqm of leaseable space, of which 31,500 sqm is retail. The building’s 3-storey parking garage offers 1,300 parking spaces. Tenants include Armani, Diesel, Gant, L’Occitane, Mango, New Yorker and Inditex Group brands.
