Allianz Deutschland bought a building located at Dieselstrasse 8 street in Unterföhring near Munich. The deal is estimated at €200m. The insurance company plans to use the new space for its headquarters. The property covers 82,000 sqm, of which 60,000 sqm is office space. This is Allianz’s second recent transaction in the Munich area. Allianz Real Estate also bought the Isartor City complex in central Munich.
