Allianz Real Estate has sold the TriTower located in Hanover for an undisclosed price. According to market sources the purchaser is a local investor who was advised by Savills. CMS Hasche Sigle provided legal services to AllianzReal Estate. Completed in 1990 and modernized in 2007, the complex consists of three office towers and a rotunda as well as an underground garage with 178 parking places. More than 30 percent of the office area in the complex is currently leased. Tenants include the training academy ComCave College and Nordmed, the medical products supplier.
