Allianz Real Estate Germany has finalized two new leases for its āLeo 28aā office building on Leopoldstrasse in Munich. The IT consultancy firm Q_PERIOR AG is leasing buildingās sixth and seventh floors, while the Munich branch of the Taipei Representative Office will move into an area of around 400 sqm on the fifth floor at the end of the year. Allianz Real Estate Germany recently demolished the seventh floor of the “Leo 28a” building completely and rebuilt it with a loft and roof terrace overlooking the rooftops of Schwabing. The entrance area, both outside and in the foyer, has been also remodeled.
