Allison L. Vincent has joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services team as an Assistant Portfolio Manager. Working out of the company’s Richmond office, Vincent has more than 14 years’ experience in the administrative and management field. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Vincent worked for Metro Tech, a national commercial HVAC company located in Chicago as the Client Relationship Manager where she oversaw 15 corporate accounts for the Eastern Region. The firm manages nearly 25 million square feet of commercial real estate properties in Virginia and South Carolina, as well as over 7,000 multifamily units.
