Almost 800,000 sqm of office space is currently under construction in Warsaw of which 55 percent will be delivered in 2020, according to Savills. The capital’s total office supply at the end of December stood at almost 5.6 million sqm in 17 buildings. The largest new addition to the market was Wola Retro (24,500 sqm).
At the end of 2019, Warsaw’s construction pipeline included 793,000 sqm, of which 437,000 sqm should secure occupancy permits this year, including highrise buildings like the Warsaw HUB, Mennica Legacy Tower, Widok Towers and Skyliner. Nearly 70 percent of the expected new supply for 2020 is already pre-leased.
