Alpha Industrial has handed over a state-of-the-art building to ComPass Projekt Logistik GmbH. Located in Dusseldorf, the investment comprises 14,000 sqm of logistics and office space. ComPass will be running warehousing, distribution and value-added services from the site for high-tech and telecommunications companies.
The new project is the second logistics investment Alpha Industrial has built close to the Dusseldorf airport.
