Alphaville broke ground on a residential complex in Brasov. Going up on a site that used to house the Fartec Brasov factory, Alphaville Arena will feature 362 apartments in five housing blocks. The project will also include 365 parking spaces. Investment costs are estimated at €16m. The first phase of 137 apartments is scheduled for completion by the end of next year. The sit was originally purchased by Echo Investments, which planned to build a shopping center.
