Alstom Konstal has renewed its office space lease at the Warsaw Financial Center. The company, which specializes in smart mobility solutions, was represented by Cresa. The Warsaw Financial Center is a 32-story office tower offering 49,783 sqm of gross leasable space of which 46,527 sqm is office space. The investment holds a LEED Gold certificate in the Existing Buildings category. CPI Property Group is the owner of the property.
