Alstria Office Reit has acquired a German portfolio consisting of 12 office buildings in three German cities – Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Berlin. The company acquired the portfolio from Office First for €168.5m. The portfolio’s vacancy rate stands at 21 percent. The deal is expected to close in mid-2017. Alstria focuses solely on German office properties in selected markets.
