Alstria office REIT-AG offloaded two commercial properties on Siemensstrasse in the town of Ditzingen. An office building offering 14,600 sqm of leasable space and was sold to an institutional fund, while a newly constructed 9,400 sqm DIY space was sold to Hamborner REIT AG. Alstria netted €31.9m from the two sales. JLL brokered the office deal.
“We are constantly in the process of optimizing the value of our assets,” said Olivier Elamine, CEO of Alstria. “This sale is a good illustration of our ability to streamline the portfolio, while extracting substantial value out of the assets.”
