Altex real estate division, Cometex, submitted the documentation for the construction of a commercial park in Vatra Dornei, Suceava County. The project will be located on 22 Decembrie Street, no. 22C, near the Kaufland store in town. Existing buildings on that land will be demolished and, upon completion, the commercial center will have two buildings.
The C1 building, with ground floor height regime, will be occupied by the Altex store and will have a total area of 1,246 sqm. The C2 building, with an area of 1,198 sqm, also has a ground floor height regime and will include individual commercial galleries. 61 parking spaces will be built.
Altex is developing or approving several real estate projects in the country, such as Aurora Mall Giurgiu or the commercial park in Caransebeș.
