Electronics retailer Altex plans to relocate its offices in Global City Business Park, located in Bucharest’s Pipera area. The company currently operates out of the Ana Holding office building in the Piata Presei Libere area. The service division of Altex Romania has been leasing 650 sqm in Global City Business Park since September.
The 51,000 sqm Global City Business Park is made up of two buildings and includes 844 underground parking spots. Tenants include Michelin, Coca-Cola, HBC, Total Soft, Euroins, Ford, Honda, Bergenbier, Quintiles and Monsanto.
