Alvarez & Marsal, the international management consultancy, is taking over the German branch of Captiva Capital Management. The investment company, based in Hamburg, will be rebranded A&M Captiva. The new enterprise will provide property consulting, asset management and investment services. A&M Captiva is currently managing €700m worth of commercial properties, primarily for institutional clients.
