Alza.cz renewed its lease on 14,000 sqm at P3 Park Horní Počernice. The renegotiation allowed the electronics e-shop to secure more effective leasing conditions. The transaction was brokered by 108 Agency. Alza leases a total of 35,000 sqm of warehouse space at P3 Park Horní Počernice, near the D10 motorway to the northeast of Prague, and at Prologis Park Úžice on the D8 motorway to the north of Prague. Alza is the largest computer and electronics e-shop in the Czech Republic. The company reported a 22-percent jump in revenues last year. The e-retailer is focusing on international expansion.
