Amadeus Group, based in Limburg, has purchased 162 residential units located in Siegerland, Germany. The portfolio, which is made up of 14 properties, was acquired from a private investor that is active in Germany. Eighty-four of the units are located in Siegen and were built between 1977-1978; the 78 apartments in Burbach in the Siegen-Wittgenstein were built in 1965, 1966 and 1973. Noctua Real Estate worked with both of the parties to the transaction.
