Keuhne+Nagel, the Swiss logistics operator, has leased a warehouse complex located in Constantí where it will work almost exclusively for the US giant Amazon. The land is owned by Axiare, which purchased the two empty warehouses last year for €13.5 m from AXA, the French insurance company. The two warehouses are the same size as each other and offer a combined surface area of 42,253 sqm in total. The properties were built in 2009, however they have not been used until now. It’s one of the largest deals of the year in the sector in Cataluña.
