Amazon will rent up to 7,000 sqm more office space in Barcelona in addition to the 11,000 sqm it already leases in the Luxa Silver building. The property belongs to Grupo Castellvi together with the real estate funds Stoneweg and 1810 Capital Investments. Amazon’s new deal would be close to 36 Tangier street, a few meters from its existing offices in the city, according to news reports. The building was previously Brilten’s property, but it was recently acquired by the family office of Enric Gregori.
