The giant Amazon has relocated its office from Timișoara to the UBC 0 building, of the Iulius Town complex, where it occupies a space that stretches over one and a half floors, and where more than 100 employees will work.
The Amazon center in UBC 0 covers an area of 3,200 sqm, the entire fourth and a half floor of the fifth level of the building and includes several teams: Ring, Trusted Shopping Experience, Global Solutions and Risk Compliance and Retail Business Services.
“We have been investing in Romania for almost 20 years, and the new office in TimiČ™oara represents another major milestone for Amazon’s commitment to the country. This office has state-of-the-art equipment and will house over 100 people, who will work in our teams and will continue to develop state-of-the-art technologies to improve the lives of our customers,” said Cristian Josan, General Manager of Amazon Development Center Romania.
