Amazon is planning to open a new logistics center in Hamburg’s harbor area. The scheme, to go up on Peutestrasse, will be developed by Goodman on a 18,000 sqm plot. The one-story building will offer 9,000 sqm of space and 130 parking spaces. The center will service deliveries to Hamburg as well as location south of the Elbe River. Once opened, the center will add 220 jobs to the local market.
