A subsidiary of American Healthcare Investors has picked up the Centennial Medical Center in Voorhees, New Jersey for $11.3 million. Located at 502 Centennial Boulevard, the 48,000 sqf building traded for just over $235 per square foot. The building houses a 24,000 sqf ambulatory surgery center. Markeim Chalmers represented the seller, Allcol Surgery Holdings, and will be retained as the listing agent for the building to lease the vacant space. American Healthcare Investors is one of the largest privately held healthcare REITs in the country.
