American House has started construction of 88 senior-living apartments, the third phase of a development in Bonita Springs. Located at 11400 Longfellow Lane, American House charges monthly rental fees ranging from $2,800 per month to $4,500 per month with a one-time community service fee of $2,500. Now part of Michigan-based Redico, American House was founded in 1979 and operates 51 senior-living communities.
“This new building complements American House’s recently opened 22 independent, 68 assisted-living and 40 memory care rental apartments to provide our residents with a continuum of services in three separate buildings that offer higher levels of care as a resident ages or their health worsens,” says Bob Gillette, founder of American House and a Bonita Springs resident.
