American Landmark purchased a multifamily portfolio, with properties located in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. Totaling 1,212 units, the assets include the 300-unit Arbor Terrace in Douglasville, Georgia; the 240-unit Summerset in Conyers, Georgia; the 432-unit Bella Apartments Homes in Kissimmee, Florida; and Arbor Village a 240-unit complex, in Charleston, South Carolina. American Landmark and its debt and equity partner Electra America expect to complete $1.5bn in multifamily acquisitions this year.
