The garden-style apartment complex, built in 1985, sits on 22.4 acres with 3 acres of lakes and has 268 units. Located at 4854 Fisherman’s Drive, the property last sold in 2005 to Fairfield Residential for $22 million. With vacancy rates falling, landlords of apartment properties across South Florida are increasingly able to raise rental levels.
