AMiO has leased 2,800 sqm at Panattoni Park Zabrze. Cushman & Wakefield advised the importer and distributor of car accessories during the lease process. Panattoni Park Zabrze is the developer’s first investment in the city, but one of several in Upper Silesia. The complex includes three modern buildings, offering a total of 64,000 sqm. The investment features unloading docks, ground-level access entrance gates, spacious service yards and additional parking spaces.
