AMLI Residential Properties has just purchased the newly-finished Modera Dadeland apartment complex for $104.5 million. The selling price of just under $300,000 per unit suggests the U.S. apartment market is heating up. The two 10-story buildings located at 8250 Southwest 72nd Street in Miami were sold by Mill Creek Residential. Mill Creek bought the 3.7 acre site for $9 million in late 2012 and obtained a $43.6 million construction loan from PNC Bank. The complex is located within walking distance of the Dadeland Metrorail station and Dadeland Mall.
