AMP Capital is in the process of buying Spanish broadcasting and telecommunications firm Axion from Antin Infrastructure Partners. The price was not disclosed, but the transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of the year. AMP Capital is making the acquisition through its global infrastructure equity platform. DC Advisory, PwC, Allen and Overy and Arup advised during the transaction process. Axion provides broadcasting, transport, site hosting and operation and maintenance services to the radio, regional television and telecommunications sectors.
