The American based Amphenol Automotive Technology has opened a new plant in Trstenik. The factory is located in an industrial zone where cables for the car industry will be produced. The company will employ about 1,000 people at the plant, which is the former facility of the Zapadna Morava trade company. The new 7,000 sqm plant was opened in the presence of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic who emphasized the importance of the investment for the town.
