Amphora, a new hotel in Split, opened its doors to guests this week, offering guests accommodations in 206 rooms along with other facilities that are standard for a four-star establishment. The new hotel represents an investment of roughly €26m. Its rooms mostly overlook the sea and islands, while it features three swimming pools, two restaurants, a 2,000 sqm wellness center along with a fitness and beach club. The hotel has several bars, including one on the roof and another on the terrace, as well as a 500-seat congress hall. The hotel has 80 full-time employees and 40 seasonal workers.
