Amromco Energy, the third largest oil and gas producer in Romania, signed a five-year lease on 570 sqm in America House in Bucharest. BNP Paribas Real Estate brokered the deal.
America House, located on Victoriei Square, offers 45,000 sqm of Class-A office and retail space over nine floors. It also has three floors of underground parking with 350 spots.
In addition to Bucharest. Amromco Energy also has offices in Ploiesti and Houston, Texas.
