The US fund Amstar and the Polish developer BBI Development have restarted sales at Warsaw’s famous Złota 44 luxury residential project. Units are now going for PLN 28,000 per sqm, including tax and fit-outs. The units range between 60 sqm and 250 sqm “We’ve also added some built-to-suit apartments to the offer, starting at 240 sqm, as well as penthouses, starting at 1,000 sqm,” said Rafał Szczepański, vice-president of BBI Development.
Złota 44 is one of the highest residential buildings within the EU designed by the architect Daniel Libeskind. The project changed hands last year, with Amstar acquiring the investment from Orco Property Group, after the failed developer was taken over by the Czech billionaire Radovan Vítek for €50m.
