AMW unveiled its plans of Spilka, the protected historic monument on the former Stein brewery site, which the company has been redeveloping into a modern mixed-use complex in Bratislava’s Staré Město district. Spilka will be refurbished into a mix of office and retail and will be connected to the commercial center AMW is finalizing at the corner of Stein plot. The building, scheduled for completion by the end of this year, will offer 9,500 sqm of office along with 900 sqm of retail. Spilka will include an additional 1,580 sqm of office and a restaurant with a terrace on the ground floor. The refurbishment of Spilka was designed by Bouda and Masár, who designed the refurbishment of Pradiaren, a protected historic monument in Cvernovka, for YIT.
