Ana Dumitrache will be part of the business leaders mix to speak at CEDER Conference on 14th of May, at Radisson Blu Hotel, in Bucharest.
Ana was a real estate banker in Bucharest for more than 15 years, of which around nine years for Erste Bank real estate division, including Immorent. In such position she has screened most of the real estate assets in the country and has built business relationships with all the players active on the Romanian market. She has also been involved – on the finance side – in all major M&A transactions on the real estate market in Romania within the last ten years, and has actively contributed to the transactions realization.
Ana Dumitrache is Country Head of CTP Romania since 2016, with a short interruption in 2018, and enthusiastically rejoining the company at the beginning of 2019.
During her first mandate at CTP, the company had excellent results: in 2017, the company’s national portfolio grew with 73% and the vacancy rate of the spaces ready to be leased was less than 3%.“CTP has just hit the one million square meter milestone at the beginning of this year and I am happy to lead the company towards 1,5 mio sq m by the end of 2020.“
From January 1st, Mrs. Dumitrache renews her contribution to the company’s activity in Romania, having as her main purpose the further growth of CTP’s local portfolio to reach approximately 1,5 million m² by 2020, the accelerated development of CTPark Bucharest West, designed to become the largest logistics park in Eastern Europe, and to transform Romania into the largest industrial and logistics hub in the region.
