Ana Group, controlled by George Copos, broke ground on a new office tower in Bucharest’s Expozitiei area. Strabag is overseeing the construction. Ana Tower should be delivered by the end of next year, following a €39m investment. The project will offer 40,000 of leasable office space on 24 floors as well as retail and restaurants on the ground floor. An underground garage will feature 358 parking spaces.
