Anchor Group put 30 more apartments at InCity Residences up for sale. Located near Bucuresti Mall in Bucharest, the 58,600 sqm project includes three buildings, 530 underground parking spots and 5,000 sqm of green space.
The apartments on sale range between 107 sqm and 139 sqm. InCity Residences opened in 2008. It features a WorldClass fitness center, an indoor pool, a beauty saloon and security services. The complex is currently more than 80 percent occupied.
Anchor Group has been present on the Romanian market since 1997.
In addition to residential, the developer is also involved in office and retail projects. Its portfolio includes Bucuresti Mall, Plaza Romania and the Anchor Plaza office building.
