Real estate developer Anchor Grup has launched Select Residences, the newest premium residential complex in the company’s portfolio, following an investment plan of EUR 40 million.
The project is located on Calea Dudesti in Bucharest, next to another project developed by Anchor Grup, InCity Residences, on a 8,500 sqm plot and will include 347 units. The construction works have already started and will end in the second half of 2024.
The company selected by the developer for the project construction is Optimum Construction & Project Management, which is part of the Anchor Grup portfolio of companies.
The company’s residential portfolio consists of three projects – Pallady Towers, InCity Residences and Select Residences.
