Andersia Business Centre, a joint venture between Von Der Heyden Group and the city of Poznań, was completed this week. The project adds 14,000 sqm of office and retail space to the local market. Tenants include Bank Zachodni WBK, Polkomtel, Franklin Templeton, Ernst & Young and IKB Leasing. PwC is currently in talks to take 800 sqm in the building, according to the investor.
BZ WBK financed the €33m project. Knight Frank was appointed Andersia Business Centre’s exclusive agent and financial advisor.
