Businessman Andrei Ceaușescu, the developer of about 2,000 apartments under the Sun Park brand in sectors 3 and 4 of the capital, is preparing a residential complex with about 600 premium apartments in the Pipera neighborhood of Bucharest.
Ceaușescu owns three adjacent plots of land, with a total area of 19,000 sqm, on Fabrica de Glucoză street, no. 38. On this site, the investor plans three blocks of 200 apartments each. The buildings will each have two basements dedicated to parking, a duplex ground floor and 9 floors. Construction of the first block will begin in 2023.
In parallel with the projects in the Capital, Ceaușescu is working on 3 other complexes with a total of over 500 houses in Balotești, Moara Vlăsiei and Mogoșoaia, on land bought from Vista Bank.
