Andrei Iusut, through his real estate development company La Gloire, is poised to break ground on Parc du Lac-Baneasa-Pipera-La Gloire, a residential boutique project in Bucharest, next month. Parc du Lac will include 47 two- and four-room apartments, with terraces and underground parking. Completion is scheduled for October 2019. Iusut recently sold another completed resi project, Pipera Vlad Tepes-La Gloire, a €2.5m investment.
