The entrepreneur Andrei Mihai Costescu, the owner of the investment fund specialized in technology and cryptocurrencies Jeco Capital, is preparing his entry into the real estate market through a block with 71 premium apartments, located across the street from the famous “Doi Cocoși” restaurant, in the north of Bucharest, on a land with an area of 2,169 sqm.
Andrei Mihai Costescu’s company plans to build on this land a block with 3 basements dedicated to parking, a high ground floor and 11 floors, which would include 71 premium apartments.
