Andrew Stainer was appointed head of asset management and transactions for the northern region at AXA Investment Managers-Real Assets. Stainer will oversee all transactions and business operations within the UK, Germany, the Nordics, Switzerland and Central Eastern Europe. He will be based in London and Cologne and will report to Anne Kavanagh, global head of asset management and transactions. Stainer has 25 years of international real estate advisory and finance experience, including in capital markets, corporate advisory and non-profit sectors across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia.
