Andy Hay has been appointed head of EMEA Real Estate Management Services (REMS) at Colliers International. He will focus on driving the continued growth of the company’s REMS division, improving client experience, developing relationships and optimizing its EMEA service delivery model. Hay has 20 years of international experience with a solid track record of growth, business development and leading strategic change across multiple sectors. He joins Colliers from CBRE where he was managing director of EMEA-Property & Asset Management.
