Swiss entrepreneur Anja Graf, who bought the Ramada-Majestic hotel in the center of the capital last year, wants to start construction of a residential complex with 350 apartments dedicated exclusively to rent, on a plot of land near Carol Park, bought from Iraqi businessman Tomah Kahled , the owner of the Sir complex. The plan is to have apartments for rent next year in all major cities in the country.
The investor paid around EUR 9 million on the land of about 8,800 sqm, which Tomah Kahled gave up due to the blockage that appeared at the level of the Capital City Hall regarding the approval of the Zonal Urban Plans (PUZ).
