Ahmed Kabani, a senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office and J. Dominic Vito, an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, represented the seller and buyer, both of whom are from Kissimmee. This is the eighth hospitality property Kabani and Vito have sold in Kissimmee in the last two years.
