Ahmet Buyukhanli plans to deliver another 400 apartments to the Cosmopolis residential complex, underway in the town of Stefanesti, later this year. The developer completed 260 apartments at the site in 2013. The project, an investment of €18m, will include a total of 1,300 apartments and mansions. So far, 250 houses have been sold and another 70 were leased. Coldwell Banker, the company in charge of sales, is hoping to offload another 360 homes this year.
