WearCo Sp z o.o., the owner of online fashion retailer Answear.com, has leased 41,000 sqm of BTS warehouse space at 7R Park Kraków. Delivery is scheduled for the second quarter of this year. 7R Park Kraków is located within the Wieliczka Zone of Economic Activity and consists of seven class A warehouses totaling 130,000 sqm. An additional 52,000 sqm is currently under construction. The park will offer more than 180,000 sqm after completion.
