Anthony O’Connor has joined the Budapest office of Kinstellar as a partner and will act as head of the Hungarian corporate and M&A practice and co-head of the firm-wide private equity sector. Prior to joining Kinstellar, he was a partner at White & Case in Budapest and later at Dentons. O’Connor has over 10 years of experience in the region, having worked on scores of transactions in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Turkey. His expertise includes negotiating share purchase agreements, investment and shareholder agreements as well as management warranty deeds and indemnity insurances.
